Emergency First Aid at Work (QCF)
This qualification provides the knowledge and skills required of first aiders, as outlined in the Health and Safety (First aid) Regulations 1981 (NI 1982). Covering first aid topics as detailed below. Giving you the basics for the skills required when dealing with a minor incident. The EFAW course is ideal for your entry level into first aid.

Pre Requisties
It is recommended that learners have a minimum of Level 1 literacy and numeracy or equivalent. This qualification is for those over 14 years of age. Candidates should be physically capable of providing first aid, such as CPR to a casualty on the floor. There are no other pre-requisites for this qualification
