2021 covid situation
World Class Training Open courses.
Please note; for those who have already booked an ‘OPEN COURSE’ with us and were unable to attend due to lockdown restrictions, please contact us to reschedule a practical assessment day for you.
These plans may change at very short notice, therefore please be prepared to hear from us about any changes in dates and venues.
WCT POLICY and PROTOCOLS
WCT have a strict COVID 19 policy which will ensure your safety during the training when we re commence the sessions. To see the policy click here.
BLENDED LEARNING
All our Outdoor courses can now be delivered in a Blended approach. Partially online learning form home, and the practical sessions and assessment can be taken during a ‘pre booked’ day, and so reducing the face to face time and keeping social distancing to the minimum.
CERTIFICATION OUTDOOR FIRST AID
Our blended learning Outdoor First Aid programme has been developed to ensure we adhere to strict guidelines for this approach. The certificate awarded post course, will reflect this.
QNUK RQF courses.
We are a centre with QNUK, one of the UK’s leading Awarding Bodies. Should you require a Regulated Qualification Framework award in first aid, then please contact us for arranging an ‘essential workers’ (as described above) FIRST AID COURSE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
FUTURE COURSES and CLASS SIZES
We expect courses to be very busy during the autumn and winter, due to smaller class sizes with reference to social distancing. Therefore, we strongly recommend you pre book your course as soon as possible. However, with recent announcements this may change as we go through the winter of 2021/2 but no guarantees.
