Outdoor First Aid Blended learning course
This Outdoor First Aid Blended learning course is another option for the 16 hour Outdoor First Aid course. It is accepted as an alternative to attending two days. This course is split into two units. Your first part, unit one, is an ‘online unit’ which you can complete from home.
The second unit is a practical day session where you will deal with scenarios based on the online modules and how to deal with first aid incidents in an outdoor environment.
The online content is split into 3 sections, each section contains separate modules to complete. Each module has a simple formative test to ensure you are ‘on the right track’! And after completion of all the sections and modules there is a final multi choice selection of questions for you to complete.
After which you can download your UNIT ONE completion certificate ready to go forwards to your selected practical and assessment day. Choose your day and the venue to suit your requirements.
There is also a short webinar with everyone from the cohort once your online unit has been completed, this interactive online session will assist in consolidating your knowledge before your practical day to clarify any questions you may have.
The online content of the blended programme consists of;
Introduction video and a ‘how to use the course’ video
